Hestia360 was founded by two Texas women who saw a gap in temporary housing — and filled it with intention, expertise, and a standard that puts people first.

The Name

Named for the goddess of hearth, home & hospitality.

In Greek mythology, Hestia is the goddess of the hearth — the keeper of the home fire, the symbol of warmth, stability, and belonging. She was the first to receive offerings, and the last to be forgotten.

We chose her name because it says everything about what we believe: that a home isn't just a place to stay. It's where life happens. And when life disrupts yours, you deserve a space that feels like it was made for you.

The 360 reflects our commitment to full-circle service — from the moment a guest needs a home to the moment they leave it, and every detail in between.

Vivian Yip brings a rare combination of operational precision and genuine hospitality to everything she builds. As a licensed Realtor and the author of The Frictionless MTR System, she has developed a proven framework for maximizing mid-term rental performance without sacrificing guest experience.

Her approach is simple: design systems so that the guest never has to think about logistics — they just feel at home. That philosophy is embedded in every property Hestia360 manages.

Vivian co-founded Hestia360 with a clear vision: to create a temporary housing company that genuinely cares about the people it serves, and builds the operational backbone to back that care up.
