Yes. Many homes in our portfolio are pet-friendly. We know pets are family too, and pet-friendly availability is noted on each listing.

Yes. Every home is fully furnished and stocked with pantry basics, linens, cookware, and toiletries before a guest arrives, so you can move in with just your bags.

Yes. We coordinate directly with insurance adjusters, carriers, and third-party administrators to make the placement process smooth, and our documentation and billing are ALE-compliant.

ALE stands for Additional Living Expense — the insurance coverage that pays for temporary housing after a covered loss like a fire or flood. Our billing and documentation processes are built to meet ALE requirements.

Yes, corporate invoicing is available for relocating employees and HR teams.

Corporate housing stays typically range from 30 to 180 days, and every home includes high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace.

Yes. Hestia360 is a CHPA (Corporate Housing Providers Association) member and an Austin Relocation Council member.

Our mid-term rentals are available for stays of 30 days or more.

For stays of 30 days or more, our rates are typically lower than short-term platforms like Airbnb or VRBO, while still including full furnishing and Hestia-certified quality.

Guest vetting and screening, listing and channel management across Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct booking platform, 24/7 guest communication, and monthly owner reporting and payouts are all included in full-service management. Home setup and staging is available for a separate, custom-quoted fee. Housekeeping, maintenance, general upkeep, pest control, and yard maintenance are paid for by the owner — we facilitate and coordinate all of it on your behalf. Yes. We use a hybrid STR + MTR strategy to keep your property working across both short-term and mid-term stays, filling gaps that a single-strategy approach would leave empty.

A one-time onboarding fee applies when your property joins the Hestia360 portfolio. Reach out and we will walk you through current pricing.

Co-hosting is guest-side support only — we handle guest inquiries, pricing, and listing management on Airbnb or VRBO, and it's available nationwide. Full property management adds everything on the ground: housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, and yard care, and is available in our 12 Texas markets.
